Overview

International Beach Resort located in Surfers Paradise is the perfect resort for a Gold Coast holiday. Right at our door step is the magnificent Pacific Ocean beach shoreline with our world renowned surf. Our resort is positioned in the heart of shopping paradise, just a 10 minute walk to the city center in Cavill Ave, with dining outlets, and the famous Surfers Paradise nightlife that the city is known for. Jupiter's Casino is only a short drive away. We are also within a 10 min walk to the middle of all the Gold Coast V8 Super Carnivale action in October each year

Our 3 star resort comprises of 120 affordable and comfortable guest rooms which includes 80 one-bedroom apartments with self contained kitchen/cooking facilities and 40 standard hotel-style rooms. There is also a variety of bedding configurations to suit every individual. Our one-bedroom apartments can interconnect with the standard hotel-style rooms to become a two-bedroom apartment. All guest rooms feature a private balcony which overlooks the ocean and/or the Gold Coast Hinterland. To suit all budgets, you will be perfectly set up to enjoy everything Surfers Paradise has to offer.

Reception is open 6:00am to 7:00pm Mon - Thu, 6:00am to 10:00pm Fri-Sat and Sunday is 6.00am to 5.00pm. Guests checking in outside our reception hours should call the Resort before 4pm on the check in date, to be advised of after hours check in procedure.

Enjoy the range of resort facilities provided by International Beach Resort including the large outdoor swimming pool, heated spa, sauna, BBQ area, tennis court, on-site Cafe Esplanade Restaurant and electronic games room. Our Café Esplanade serves up a choice of hot breakfasts from just $6 between 7:00am - 9:30am daily (except public holidays).

With a wide range of activities to suit all guest needs, International Beach Resort is close to all major Gold Coast attractions, patrolled Surfers Paradise beaches and a range of local entertainment. See our reception staff for assistance with something to suit your interests.

everything was great.

I will not rate most things as I arrived at the hotel when all staff was finished. The only interaction I had with staff was when I left and it was very quick.

Disliked: only thing i disliked was we had to empty bins,wash up and clean up before we checked out. Not that washing up is a problem. Although I have never been told I had to do that where ever I have stayed a

THE IBR was an ok hotel it had a pool a room everything worked, although it is outdated it should only really be taken into considerstion if your only looking for a bed to sleep on. the rooms were clean it also had a tv and fridge. good for last minute or budget trips

Enjoyed our stay, however I asked and booked for 2 units both with 2 double beds which is what our reservation reciept also stated but we only had 1 double bed in each unit. Was disappointed.

Service at the front desk was average...found glass in the foyer floor...very budget style/ schoolie style accommodation but great location and cheap!

Nice cosy ocean facing rooms. You get exactly what you pay for . Next day morning had to catch train at Helensvill . Told receptionist about arranging for a taxi and got one waiting at the hotel at 5.30 am amidst heavy rainfall. Thanks indeed !!!1

The room was clean, but we were expecting two beds and we only had one double bed in the room. There was only a towel for each of us, and we were there for two nights, and if we needed another one we had to pay for it. There was no iron or hairdryer in the room either which is ridiculous, seeing as your guests of the hotel have their clothes in a suitcase and they get creased, and again if we wanted one we had to pay for it. So overall we couldn\'t wait to leave.

We had a great ocean view..absolutely fantastic and very affordable. The carpet was terribly dirty and old. We had a child running around barefoot and after an hour his feet looks like he\'s been to a mud place. We decided to buy a picnic mat to cover the living area with our tongs on in the apartment.

After issues with availability, the staff were very helpful with finding suitable accommodation. Although we had two rooms over our stay both were incredibly neat and clean.

The spa and Sauna were both not working, there was no gymnasium as advertised, one lift was broken so there was only one lift for every guest. i had to climb 17 flights of stairs so many days because they werent working.
