Circle on Cavill Apartments

The worst holiday ever. The noise travels up way past the 15th floor from the nightclub "Melbas" below until 3am. Air conditioning filter hadn't been cleaned since the apartments opened, and who doesn't replenish the little things like toilet paper and coffee/tea! The staff were at times helpful, but all in all useless, just like the BBQ's. Had to wait over 30 mins to check in and out due to the line up and 1 staff member serving.
Modern apartment with marked walls and damaged furniture. Not at all up to 4.5 star standard.

22June - noisy party in bulding until 2am. Put on different floor to elderly,parents-nuisance for access - notified when booking Television directions not terribly clear. No room service - other room received it!

If you're mentally unhealthy and like watching your family use the see through bathroom and toilet, then this is the place for you. Cheap broken furniture and unprofessional staff is what will greet you at this appalling place. Once you are finally in your room, expect a lot of noise, especially on Fri/Sat nights. Remember to bring your own toilet paper, tea/coffee, and fresh towels as they will not replenish anything in the room. Remember to ask the unfriendly staff to accompany you to the room and check everything first because if something is missing or broken, like our missing foxtel remote, they will blame and charge YOU for a new one. After 20 years of travelling the world, this is worst place I have ever stayed in. Consider yourself warned.

Best apartments i have stayed at in Surfers. Stunning views from our balcony, Gorgeous modern 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were fine (wouldn't say great), Location was wonderful, Housekeeping could have been better but i would definateley stay here again!

1.blind fell down in master bedroom on arivil. took three days of constant phone call to be fixed. unable to sleep in room until then.
2.dvd player broke twice, second time after it was fixed moved cords around myself cause someone placed them wrong.
3.Asked and booked for ocean veiws, got city veiws(very disappointing)
4.locked out in spa area at 5 past closing time, waited 15 mins to be let in unaware as no warning of time(don\'t wear watches in water).
very disapointed as we paid $2000 for 7 days. .

Glass and evidence of *other substances* on verandah. Advised duty manager who was not at all perturbed. Also charged twice. Organised weekend for my sister and paid in advance, rang to confirm payment which was verified, when my sister checked in she was also charged.

The hotel itself is very modern. Although there was an issue with my booking (the gentleman had booked the dates incorrectly) the hotel were still able to accomodate. They aren\'t always the friendliest staff, I\'ve stayed there on previous occasions. However they are still professional.

Circle on cavil is the bombb, we went with 5 other families and itz great for a diversity the young and the old. im even returning at the end of school this year to celebrate with the girls!!

Amazing place to stay 5 star in location location and location. From the beautiful apartments and then down the lift into the heart of the action was amazing. Ultra modern and great faciliies. lived in the pool sauna and gym during the day. Went out and partied at night. Good security and plenty of restaurants and cool eating places at the doorstep.

I just spent two most memorable weeks of holiday, together with my wife and two 12 year old boys, in Circle on Cavill in Surfers paradise. The aprtment was definitely the most modern I have ever stayed in. All facilities were state-of-the-art, but especially the boys enjoyed the cleanliness, the beautiful outdoor pool and the high-tech facilities of the building. The location added to the super impression we had. The beach is so close, that it was possible for the boys to go back and forth between the beach and the apartment without adult supervision. The restaurants right in the Circle were of superp quality and again very child-friendly. The kids could play in the Circle, while we enjoyed a few sun sowners. we definitely look forward to our next stay in the Circle on Cavill!
